Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all guided trips and the Mongolia expedition booked through P•P Hucho Fishing. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Deposit & Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 days before your trip start date. Trips booked within 60 days of departure are paid in full at booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 60 days before the trip start date receive a refund of any payment beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable, though we will try to help you rebook for a later date where possible.

Weather & River Conditions

Guided fly fishing depends on conditions outside our control. If high or unsafe water forces us to cancel a day on the water, we will offer an alternative river, an alternative date, or credit toward a future trip — refunds for weather-affected days are handled case by case.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Fly fishing and wading involve inherent risk. Anglers participate at their own risk and are strongly encouraged to carry travel and medical insurance covering adventure activities, particularly for the Mongolia expedition.

Client Responsibilities

Anglers are responsible for holding a valid fishing license where required (we handle permit logistics — see our FAQ), following the guide's safety instructions, and practicing catch-and-release as briefed for each river.
